Ven-VAC consists of two kinds of models depending on max. capacity - Ven-LITE and Ven-MAX. Ven-LITE can accommodate from 48 x 2.0 ml & 76 x 0.5 ml microtubes to 6 x 50 ml tubes and microplates. Ven-MAX can be used with 200 x 2.0 ml microtubes to 12 x 50 ml, microplates and deepwell plates. Ven-VAC evaporates solvents at RT~80°C and low pressure without freezing. Easy to use automatic system includes timer, start/stop function, vacuum control, adjustable chamber temperature to 80°C, digital readout of vacuum and programming facility. Also, it has a modular design for easy upgrade.

Ven-VAC is used with a drip catcher and & an ice cube container unit, connectors including hoses and clips. The evaporation rate can be increased by employing ice cubes around the drip catcher. Ven-VAC system also requires a diaphragm vacuum pump to generate 7 mbar (36 liter/minute), which is perfect for chemical solvent evaporation. Also, Ven-VAC can be connected with VenFreeze as a cold trap for more evaporation capacity.

Anticorrosive Diaphragm Vacuum Pump

301306 anticorrosive-type diaphragm vacuum pumps have been treated with Teflon. The parts of the pump which contact with the gas are either PTFE made or PTFE coated. It's suitable for the corrosive chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical gases etc. It's used for vacuum filtration, reduced pressure distillation, rotary evaporation, vacuum concentration, centrifugal concentration, solid phase extraction etc. It's high-performance product with quality reliability, unique structural design to meet the various needs of the laboratory. Other than Teflon treatment, the specifications are same as the normal-type pump.

Features:

  1. The strong corrosion resistance of anti-corrosive type pump. It is able to tolerate almost all strong acid (including aqua regia), strong alkali, strong oxidizer, reductant, and variety of organic solvents.
  2. It withstands high and low temperatures, can be used in temperature of -190°C to 260°C.
  3. It is of non-sticky surface, most solid material and impurity particles cannot conglutinate on the surface.
